SECTION 1

Compliance Commitment & Inclusivity Principles

Dynamic-Web Srls is committed to ensuring full digital inclusion, designing its web architecture so that it is accessible to all individuals regardless of physical, sensory, or cognitive abilities, and compatible with assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard-only input, voice navigation).
Our implementation adheres to the 4 foundational principles of WCAG 2.2:
1. Perceivable: Content and UI components are presented clearly to sensory perception;
2. Operable: Navigation, interactive widgets, and modal dialogs are fully operable without a mouse;
3. Understandable: Interface operations and instructional copy are predictable, readable, and unambiguous;
4. Robust: Semantic HTML5 markup guarantees reliable interoperability across user agents and assistive software.
SECTION 2

Legal Classification under EAA & Microenterprise Status

Pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 3 of Italian Legislative Decree 82/2022 and Article 4, paragraph 5 of Directive (EU) 2019/882:
• Corporate Status: Dynamic-Web Srls is classified as a service-providing microenterprise (employing fewer than 10 persons with annual turnover and balance sheet total under € 2 million pursuant to Recommendation 2003/361/EC).
• Statutory Exemption Scope: Under European and Italian statutory provisions, microenterprises providing services are exempted from formal administrative compliance duties.
• Voluntary High-Standard Implementation: Notwithstanding statutory exemption, Dynamic-Web Srls voluntarily adheres to WCAG 2.2 Level AA engineering standards across its entire web perimeter as a matter of technical excellence and corporate responsibility.
SECTION 3

Technical Accessibility Measures Implemented

The following technical capabilities have been tested and verified across the website:
• Color Contrast Ratios: Maintained above 4.5:1 for standard body text and 3:1 for large typography and active UI controls;
• Complete Keyboard Navigation: All links, language switches, modal triggers, and Silkbar CMP preference toggles are reachable via standard Tab sequencing and actionable via Enter/Space keys, with clear high-contrast focus rings;
• Prefers-Reduced-Motion Support: Media queries and JavaScript listeners respect user system preferences, automatically disabling or smoothing rapid 3D transitions and animations for users with vestibular sensitivities;
• Semantic HTML5 & ARIA Landmarks: Proper usage of landmark roles (<header>, <nav>, <main>, <footer>, <article>) and descriptive ARIA states ensures accurate vocalization by screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack);
• Alternative Text (Alt Text): Informative images include descriptive alt attributes, while decorative visual elements are marked with aria-hidden="true".
SECTION 4
